   stronger LOOOL you must be having a laugh ? Russia one of the most racist country’s for football, at least Europe doesn’t correspond with there ridiculous levels of racial discrimination. not to mention they continually struggle in international compeition (various world cups never qualified). Got nothing against Russia but you cannot justify them as a “strong” and “better” country when there’s so many impurities the nation withholds.

    Agree with this totally. As an Irishman we tend to love seeing England lose at something… Giving Russia a world cup over Spain and England is at least acceptable in the sense that they have the potential to host a good one…. Qatar is absolutely outrageous however.

    Qatar is shitty decision but Russia really isn’t…it’s first time in eastern Europa and Russia is biggest country and as you say football loving country…so it’s normal that they have their own world cup…

    In the same way Russians do not want to be insulted, nor do we English. As an Englishman, I personally accept defeat to Russia and do not begrudge them a World Cup; they are a football-loving nation with a strong infrastructure and a long history of great players (including possibly the greatest goalkeeper who ever played the game), so try not to use the word ‘losers’ to insult us. We are losers, but not all bad ones. Chosing Qatar, however, is a corrupt, ridiculous joke of a decision.
